Brussels, 06/06/2011 (Agence Europe) - Having concluded an investigation which it launched in the wake of a complaint against the Committee of European Banking Supervisors (CEBS), which is now the European Banking Authority (EBA), European Ombudsman Nikiforos Diamandouros, on Monday 6 June, welcomed the latter's intention to “fully apply the transparency rules of the European Union”.
