Brussels, 26/05/2011 (Agence Europe) - During their monthly meeting in Barcelona, on Wednesday 25 May, senior officials responsible for Euromed dialogue appointed Youssef Amrani of Morocco as the secretary general of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) (see EUROPE 10381).
Currently the secretary general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Amrani received the support of the whole Arab group and of France, which currently co-presides the UfM. As soon as the decision was made...
