Brussels, 18/05/2011 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 16 May 2011, the chair of Eurogroup, Jean-Claude Juncker, said that the eurozone finance ministers were very close to agreeing on the draft treaty to set up a European Stability Mechanism (ESM) to replace the current EFSF bailout fund in July 2013.
