Brussels, 07/04/2011 (Agence Europe) - At a conference hosted by the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) on Tuesday 5 April, European data protection authorities adopted a resolution calling for a “comprehensive data protection framework”, which includes the law enforcement sector, says a press release from the EDPS. The central theme of the Conference was the review of the data protection legal framework currently being carried out by the European Commission.
