Brussels, 17/03/2011 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 17 March, the Court of Justice partially invalidated Commission Regulation 530/2008 which banned fishing for bluefin tuna in the Mediterranean and in the Eastern Atlantic from mid-June 2008 as part of emergency measures to protect the resource and help stocks recover.
