Brussels, 03/02/2011 (Agence Europe) - In its ruling delivered on Thursday 3 February in Case T-33/05, the General Court of the EU reduced the fine imposed in 2004 on the Compañia española de tabaco en rama (Cetarsa) from €3.63 million to €3.15 million.
