Concentration between CD&R, CVC and Univar approved

Brussels, 26/11/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 26 November, the acquisition was cleared of a stake by American private equity investment group Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (“CD&R”) in US company Univar (distribution of chemical products and services) which is currently controlled by another American private equity investment form CVC Capital Partners.
