Conditional yes to acquisition of activities of Sara Lee and Monsanto

Brussels, 17/11/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 17 November, the vice-president of the European Commission responsible for competition affairs, Joaquín Almunia, announced the conditional authorisation for acquisition, by the Anglo-Dutch company Unilever, of the “body and laundry care businesses” of the American Sara Lee.
