12/11/2010 (Agence Europe) - On 12 November, the European Commission allowed the venture capital company CVCII-Citigroup Venture Capital International Investment G.P. Limited, (Jersey) and the Bulgarian investment company Advance Properties to take joint control of Huvepharma, a Bulgarian company which is active mainly in nutrition and animal health products and in active pharmaceutical ingredients for human healthcare products.
