LWM approves acquisition of stake in Frisch & Frost

Brussels, 27/10/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 27 October, the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition by Lamb Weston/Meijer (LWM), which produces and sells deep-frozen potato products and dehydrated potato products, of a controlling stake in the capital of another producer of chilled or frozen potato products, Frisch & Frost (F&F) of Austria, currently controlled at 100% by RWA International Holding (Austria).
