Approval for Czech aid to build cableway

Brussels, 29/09/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, 29 September, the European Commission approved financial support of CZK 250 million (€10 million) for the reconstruction of a cableway on Mount Snìžka, a mountain situated on the border between the Czech Republic with Poland. This aid is not state aid in the sense of European Union's rules. The Commission also concluded the absence of distortions to competition.
