Proposed acquisition of Triade by Tech Data Europe and Brightstar Europe approved

Brussels, 23/09/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 22 September, the European Commission authorised US groups Brightstar Corporation and Tech Data Corporation, wholesalers of IT, consumer electronics and telecommunication products, to acquire the company Triade, through their subsidiaries Tech Data Europe and Brightstar Europe. Triade is active in the wholesale distribution of consumer electronics, IT and telecommunication products, primarily in the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark. The...
