Paolo De Castro argues for balanced, efficient CAP which meets expectations of citizens and farmers

Brussels, 23/09/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 21 September the chairman of the European Parliament agriculture committee, Paolo De Castro (S&D, Italy), addressing European ministers meeting in La Hulpe, close to Brussels, argued for a CAP (common agricultural policy) which was “balanced and efficient and meets the expectations of both citizens and farmers”.
