Twelve member states have not correctly transposed directive on audiovisual media services

Brussels, 24/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has called on 12 member states (Austria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal and Slovenia) to update their national broadcasting regulations as a matter of urgency in order to bring them into line with the European directive on audiovisual media services.
