Brussels, 24/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - As part of the infringement procedure brought by Hungary against Slovakia, the Commission has ruled that the alleged infringement is groundless. Hungary claims that Slovakia violated European Union law by refusing the Hungarian president entry into its territory in August 2009. In a reasoned opinion adopted on Thursday 24 June, the Commission decided that the provisions in the Treaty and the law deriving from it are not applicable to visits by the head...
