Provisions in treaty and derived law are not applicable to visits by heads of member state to other member states

Brussels, 24/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - As part of the infringement procedure brought by Hungary against Slovakia, the Commission has ruled that the alleged infringement is groundless. Hungary claims that Slovakia violated European Union law by refusing the Hungarian president entry into its territory in August 2009.
