Brussels, 01/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - The debate between agriculture ministers from EU member states on outlines for the post-2013 common agricultural policy (CAP) was held on Tuesday 1 June in Mérida (the West of Spain) and provided an idea of what instruments could be used for predicting and preventing price volatility for food products.
