01/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the joint control of R Cable y Telecomunicaciones of Spain by CVC of Luxembourg and Spanish savings bank Caixanova. CVC is a global private equity and investment advisory firm. The operation was examined under simplified procedure. (F.G./transl.jl)
