27/05/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 27 May, the Commission authorised the proposed acquisition of Mobil Oil Austria by Agip Austria, which is controlled by ENI of Italy. Mobil Oil Austria markets, supplies and distributes refined petroleum products and is currently fully owned by ExxonMobil Central Europe Holding of Germany. The operation will not have a significant adverse effect on competition in the European Economic Area or in any substantial part of that area, the Commission states...
