26/05/2010 (Agence Europe) - A seminar on corporate governance and executive pay has been organised for 31 May in Brussels by the European Club for Human Resources. This association brings executives from multinationals responsible for human resources together, in the aim of examining the stakes at play and impact from international recommendations and the new rules proposed at EU level for improving governance and transparency in pay policy for company executives. Saïd El Khadraoui MEP, (S&D, Belgium) will be a speaker at this seminar. He is the EP rapporteur on the pay system used for companies quoted on the stock market, as well as pay policies employed in the financial services sector.
