Parliament calls for ratification of Statute of International Criminal Court to be promoted

Brussels, 21/05/2010 (Agence Europe) - With the adoption on Wednesday 19 May of a resolution on the next conference for revision of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC), the European Parliament calls for the Statute to be universally ratified. The ICC review conference, to be held in Kampala (Uganda), will take stock of the first ten years of the Court's existence. The ICC is located in The Hague.
