Biodiesel producers consider they are injured by Commission method of calculating fuel emissions

Brussels, 25/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - European producers within the European Biodiesel Bureau (EBB) took a firm stance on 18 March to denounce the method used by the European Commission for calculating greenhouse gas emissions from fuels, as part of the work on arrangements for application of the renewables and fuel quality directives - and especially the method for reference values of CO2 emissions from oil and biofuels.
