Brussels, 25/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - Young people, economic recovery, innovation and the digital agenda are the European Parliament's main priorities in the 2011 budget. The European Commission will get the procedure for drawing up next year's budget under way by adopting a preliminary draft budget on 27 April.
