Commission suspends infringement procedure against Poland for not opening up ground handling services

Brussels, 19/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 18 March, the European Commission decided to suspend infringement procedure opened against Poland for failing to transpose the directive liberalising ground handling services in Community airports (Directive 96/67/EC on access to the ground handling market).
