Action taken against several member states for failing to comply with air quality and industrial pollution rules

Brussels, 19/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 18 March, the European Commission decided to begin infringement procedures or to move to the next stage in procedures already begun against a number of member states failing to comply with European environment legislation.
