Brussels, 11/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - With the adoption in Strasbourg on Wednesday 10 March of the report by French UMP member Arnaud Danjean on European security and defence policy, the European Parliament calls on the Council to initiate debate with the European Parliament and national parliaments in 2010 on implementation of the new Lisbon Treaty provisions on CSDP (Common Security and Defence Policy), and especially on: (a) the assistance clause to apply in the event of armed aggression...
