26/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - “Challenges for Central America: Finding the balance between political stability, democratic values and human development” is the theme of a conference organised by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) in Brussels, (Hôtel Métropole, place de Brouckère 31, 1000 Brussels) on 3 March. Several high-level speakers will address the conference. These include the former deputy president of Guatemala, Eduardo Stein, the former minister for economic affairs and head of the Guatemalan Central Bank, Lizardo Sosa, and the former deputy foreign minister of Costa Rica Carlos Rivera Bianchini.
