17/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - At the second anniversary of Kosovo's independence on Wednesday 17 February, Ulrike Lunacek (Greens/EFA, Austria), called on the five member states of the EU that had not yet recognised the country (Cyprus, Spain, Greece, Slovakia and Romania) to do so.
