Brussels, 05/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - The telecoms regulators in Lithuania - R yðiø reguliavimo tarnyba (RRT) - and Latvia - Sabiedrisko pakalpojumu regulesanas komisija (SPRK) - are in the European Commission's sights.
