Brussels, 05/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 3 February, the European Commission presented the EU Council of Ministers with proposals for a decision on the signing and conclusion of an agreement between the EU and Croatia concerning the latter's participation in the work of the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA).
