Growth prospects are not very optimistic for Europe. - The Standard & Poor's rating agency published a not very optimistic report that was not very optimistic on growth prospects in Europe. It estimates that with an end to recovery plans, negative economic factors will characterise 2010. The agency believes that Europe will still have to wait until it achieves clear economic growth and is not expected to experience recovery before mid-2011. For the three main economies in the eurozone, Standard & Poor's forecasts the following growth rates in 2010 and 2011: France: + 1.2% in 2010 and 1.9% in 2011; Germany: + 1.5% and 2.0%; Italy + 0 .7% and 1.0%.
