Brussels, 29/01/2010 (Agence Europe) - By sending a joint letter to the secretariat of the United Nations framework convention on climate change, on Thursday 28 January, the European Commission and the Council Presidency killed three birds with one stone. They announced the official support of the EU and its member states for the Copenhagen Accord, reiterated the EU's will to move towards a legally binding agreement and formally notified the EU's unchanged objective for reducing CO2...
