Brussels, 22/01/2010 (Agence Europe) - Germany infringed Community law by restricting to German companies alone the possibility of entering into contracts with Polish companies for work to be carried out within its territory. Such a restriction is discriminatory and cannot be justified. That was the ruling handed down by the European Court of Justice on Thursday 21 January in case C-546/07 (Commission v. Germany).
