Brussels, 22/01/2010 (Agence Europe) - In a ruling delivered on Thursday 21 January (case C-444/07), the European Union Court of Justice ruled, in short, that after the main insolvency proceedings have been opened in a member state, the competent authorities of another member state were, in principle, required to recognise and enforce all the judgments concerning those proceedings.
