Brussels, 18/01/2010 (Agence Europe) - Some may reproach the Spanish Presidency of a certain lack of impartiality in agriculture and fisheries. In setting out the priorities for the first half of 2010, in Brussels on 18 January, Spanish Environment and Rural and Marine Affairs Minister Elena Espinosa argued for the retention, in the future, of a common agricultural policy (CAP) and she called for the principle of relative stability in fisheries to be reviewed.
