18/12/2009 (Agence Europe) - An error slipped into our article on bus and coach passengers' rights yesterday (EUROPE 10043), regarding the authorised derogation time for bus and coach services linking an EU member state to a state outside EU territory. The draft regulation does indeed provide for 5 years renewable but does not specify the number of possible renewals. (A.By/transl.jl)
