Brussels, 14/12/2009 (Agence Europe) - Over dinner at the European Council on Thursday evening, the Heads of State and Government gave their approval to the proposal of German Chancellor Angela Merkel to appoint her adviser on European issues, Uwe Corsepius, successor to Pierre de Boissieu in the post of Secretary-General of the Council.
