14/12/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 14 December 2009, the European Commission cleared the planned acquisition of sole control of Pharmacy Company Sweden 1 AB and Pharmacy Company Sweden 8 AB, both subsidiaries of Swedish state-owned company Apoteket AB, by private equity Altor Fund III GP Limited of the Channel Islands.
