Member states want to water down draft regulation on transparency of infrastructure investment projects

Brussels, 09/12/2009 (Agence Europe) - The exchange of views between member states during the Energy Council on 7 December on the subject of the draft regulation on investment projects in energy infrastructure showed that the EU27 have considerable reservation about the text tabled by the European Commission in July (EUROPE 10034).
