Brussels, 02/12/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 2 December, the European Commission announced that it had its doubts regarding the compatibility with EU rules of two agreements between Bizkailur, a public entity owned by the provincial authorities of Bizkaia, and a group of private investors.
