Brussels, 05/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - The draft agreement between the EU and the United States on the transfer of data held by the company "Swift" is to be confirmed at a meeting of the JHA Council to be held on 30 November and 1 December. As it stands, this draft agreement provides for Swift data to be transmitted solely for the purposes of the fight against terrorism.
