05/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 5 November, the European Commission authorised the planned joint-venture Jadrová energetická spoloènos Slovenska, a.s. (JESS, Slovakia). The mother companies which will take joint control of JESS are CEZ Bohunice a.s. (CEZB, Czech Republic) and Jadrová a vyraïovacia spoloènos, a.s. (JAVYS, Slovakia).
