Brussels, 26/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - In the space of three days, the Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has given a political impetus which may prove decisive in the construction of two planned gas pipelines piloted by the Russian energy company Gazprom and designed to service the Community market for Russian gas.
