23/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - Judges from many countries across the EU will be meeting in Paris on 26 March 2007 at the Bourbon Palace for a colloquy on the “European Area of Criminal Justice”, which aims to introduce improving how the European criminal justice system works in practice. The event was organised by the European Judges and Prosecutors Association, in collaboration with the French Justice Ministry and the Academy of European Law (ERA). The French justice minister, Pascal Clément, his Luxembourg counterpart, Luc Frieden, as well as representatives from the Court of Justice of the European Communities, Europol and Eurojust will be participating.
