27/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - At the end of the interparliamentary meeting of the European Parliament and the Croat Sabor, co-presidents, Doris Pack, the president from the European Parliament delegation for relations with South East Europe and the president of the sub-committee of the Croat parliament for relations with the EP, Ivo Skrabalo, released a joint declaration in which it called on individual Member States of the EU "who are still hesitating" to ratify the association and stabilisation agreement concluded between Croatia and the EU in October 2001 (see above).
