12/03/2013 (Agence Europe) - Concentrations: DSE-INCJ-Solar Ventures/Solar Holding. On 12 March, the European Commission authorised the joint takeover of the Italian company Solar Holding Srl by DSE-Diamond Solar Europe Ltd (United Kingdom), INCJ-Innovation Network Corporation (Japan) and Solar Ventures Srl (Italy). Solar Holding Srl specialises in the production and provision of wholesale photovoltaic electricity in Italy and was hitherto controlled by the Italian investment company AME. Solar Ventures Srl is a subsidiary of AME Ventures active in photovoltaics in a number of countries. DSE is also active in the production of electricity and is a 100% subsidiary of the Japanese group, Mitsubishi Corp. INCJ is a Japanese investment company that receives state suport.
