Brussels, 12/03/2013 (Agence Europe) - The EU and Morocco are to begin talks in Rabat on 22 April on a comprehensive and in-depth free trade agreement. This will come in the wake of the visit to Rabat, on 1 March, of the president of the European Commission, José Manuel Durao Barroso (see EUROPE 10798).
