30/06/2011 (Agence Europe) - European professional gender equality label. On Wednesday 29 June, the first GE-ES (Gender Equality European Standard) trophies were awarded to 6 European businesses: BNP Personal Finance, PSA Peugeot Citroën, L'Oréal, Orange, General Electric Energy Europe and Randstad. These trophies were awarded by invitation of Elisabeth Morin-Chartier, vice chair of the committee on women's rights and gender equality of the EP and by initiative of Nicole Ameline, former minister and president of the European professional quality fund ARBORUS, at a ceremony chaired by Rodi Kratsa-Tsagaropoulos, Vice-President of the EP.
