Brussels, 25/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 23 September, the European Commission put to the Council a draft decision on the conclusion of an EU-Lebanon agreement in the form of a Protocol establishing a dispute settlement mechanism applicable to disputes under the trade provisions of the Euro-

Mediterranean Agreement.
