Italy completes list of countries that want “new regulation” in dairy sector

Brussels, 24/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - Italy has rallied to the Franco-German initiative for a new regulation on the dairy sector, it was announced on Wednesday afternoon 23 September in Rome by Italy's agriculture minister, Luca Zaia, in the presence of his French counterpart. This brings to 20 the number of countries that will be putting pressure on the European Commission during the extraordinary meeting of European farm ministers in Brussels on Monday 5 October, in order to obtain more...
