Poland wishes to exempt its businesses turning over less than €30,000 from VAT

Brussels, 31/08/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 26 August, the European Commission adopted a proposed decision of the Council which will allow Poland to exempt from value-added tax (VAT) small and medium-sized Polish businesses with an annual turnover of under €30,000, instead of €10,000.
